everytime i try to use outlook express it will tell me that the task cannot be performed because the service is unavailable i have deleted my account over and over thinking that i have done something wrong while making my account but ive tried everything, i am trying to send an essay to my email so i can get help with it at school.

Confirm that your outgoing server is set correctly. To get server settings, you may like to ask your email provider for it.
