open outlook click file in the upper left corner-import export-export to file-personal folder file (pst)-highlight the top of the chain where it says mailbox-your name-check include sub folders-click next-browse to the location you want to save it-then click finish-the computer will take care of the rest-if you have alot of contacts and saved emails and stuff this could take some time to complete
